ESA result = WRAG.....do I appeal?

I finally got the result of my ESA Medical. I have been told I scored 9 pts for mobility and 6 pts for standing/sitting and I am being put into the WRAG group. I dont know whether to appeal it because I dont know what exactly being part of WRAG will entail for me. It seems they are agreeing that I cant walk very far and that sitting/standing for long periods isnt possible for me. My case is complex as I have anxiety, CFS and also an incurable lung condition for which I have to see a Hospital Specialist regularly.
I am now about to lose my WTC having been paid that for the max length of time. I believe there is a special rule which would allow me to do permitted self-employed work up to 16hrs/week and continue to claim WTC as well as ESA WRAG.....do you know if that is so? I would prefer to go back to doing some self-employed work of my own choice than have the Job Centre on my back trying to make me jump thro all sorts of stressful hoops.
The Drs all agree that is I do work again it should be for not more than 16hrs/week.
Pls can you advise? I feel a bit unclear whether there is any point appealing the ESA WRAG decision. Thankyou.

We don't advise on WTCs but my understanding is that you have to be working for 16 hours or more a week to qualify, Permitted Work allows a claimant to work for up to but not 16 hours, so there is no crossover between the two.
I also have to warn you that doing PW may adversely affect your ESA claim when next assessed.
