Thank you Gordon. He is claiming for me. I had a brain tumour removed, which has left me with mobility problems. We have rang the Carers but all they keep saying it is waiting to be decided. I thought someone on hear might have gone through the same thing.
As I have said he was awarded it, but now he is waiting on a decision.
I am sorry for all the confusion, I am finding it hard getting around the benefits and work site. I did explain that my husband is caring for me.. I am on PIP,

It's unusual for the Carers Unit to take so long on a Decision for CA, are there any issues in regard to his being able to provide 35 hours of care a week, or if he is employed, whether he exceeds the earnings limit?

Hi Gordon, no my husband only earns x amount of money.
