PIP Mandatory Re onsideration was created by Martha
Have just opened the brown envelope. As I expected, my claim has been turned down. The reconsideration letter was a direct copy of the original letter I had been sent the first time.
I am particularly disturbed by the lack of insite shown in my health condition and the fact that the medical did not even mention the main health condition that I have but decided that I actually had a different condition altogether and refused to aknowledge this. I am also disturbed by the unthruths and clever mis use of answers given to questions asked by the assessors. I realise the country should protect the public purse and being a worker for 35 years in the public sector I have knowledge of certain systems and the way they are used against vunera le people. I am sad to find that the rhetoric of government on a daily basis fools all of us into believing that CARE is paramount for the vunerable, nothing could be further from the truth and the sooner we wake up to the fact and realise we have to manage ourselves the better we might be. I have no intention of stading before a tribunial begging for help and becoming a crying wreck in the process, I will go without the help I need, remain within my 4 wall, use the internet to bring what I need to my door and make sure those that come to the door are received with a smile.
One day this country might wake up and help all its citazens, in the meantime Thank you BAnd W for trying to help.

Hi Martha,

I am sorry - but not surprised - that the MR did not find in your favour :( It is unusual for it to do anything other than 'rubber stamp' the original decision, so please try not to take it personally. You have 1 month in which to appeal, so you have time to change your mind if you wish.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
