Has anyone had a f2f review for PIP yet? If so how did it go? What kind of questions did they ask and what physical tasks did they ask you to perform.
On my son's PIP health assessment in 2014 the health professional told him there and then that she was recommending him for PIP and he received the enhanced rate on both elements.
I was wondering if anything had changed since then apart from the most recent changes to policy that is.
My son's review is in just over a weeks time I will feedback to the forum once its over.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Elie,

I think we have some members who have been through a f2f for PIP reassessment. I'm sure they will comment if they are online and see your topic.

Hi elie,

We were there last week & the assessor asked about the illness, it seemed to go on so long that I wasn't sure she was going to ask about the cooking, bathing ..... But I suppose it's best that she was thorough rather than a rushed assessment. Then came the main PIP questions as above. He was then asked how far down he could reach from a sitting down position, to grip her hands, to put his hands behind his lower back, then behind the head. But I suppose it depends on what the person has. When I had my PIP assessment at home a few years ago I was asked if I could touch my toes standing up, & to stand on one leg. The assessment was on time, lasted 1 hour & 15 minutes, much typing was going on, but not so much that we felt ignored, there was good eye contact, & we were both allowed to speak & felt listened to, we both felt that the assessor was quite pleasant. But we'll have to wait & see. Good luck!

Thanks for your feedback Bud. Which part of the country were you assessed in?
My son's first assessment 2 years ago seemed fine. The assessor didn't seem to rush all.
He's recently had an ESA assessment and that was horrible. The hp didn't seem interested at all. He ended up with 0 points so now in appeal. I'm just exhausted with it all and I'm not the one with a disability. Let me know how you get on. Thanks again.
