Hi guys, Can anyone tell me if my paperwork used in the initial esa claim will be looked at in my reassessment or will it be classed as a new claim... Thank you in advance of any answer...

You should certainly treat it as a new claim.

I'm afraid it's impossible to know whether information from your previous assessment will be included and if it is, whether those assessing you will actually look at it.

Our advice is to include any information from your previous review that you want to be considered with your ESA50 when you return it, this also allows you to integrate in to your answers on the form.

Hi gordon thanks for that info... I already did as you advised with the previous form & used the b&w guide to help me fill it in.. That's 4 weeks since I sent the form back so waiting patiently on their response... Thanks again..
