Hi
My CB ESA ends in May
I have been informed of this today but I have still not had an assessment
I have been told I will get one but they don't know when
Question is -
If I have not had a health assessment by the time my ESA payments run out do I just wait for the assessment and once I have had it can I still be put in either group?

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

Do you know whether you would qualify for Income Related ESA as a replacement for your ESA(CB)?

If you do then you may have to wait until you receive an appointment, however, if you do not, then you should contact the DWP again, they can prioritise your claim for reassessment. If they refuse then involve your MP.
