You can still push for a home assessment but you will need your GP to write a letter explaining why you cannot attend at their offices.

Well I got my decision letter 2 days after the copy of the assessment and fantastic the only thing I do not understand is that during the assessment the HCP said that they would recommend that I be reviewed in 3 years time but on the decision letter it said that it was ongoing but no review period stated, anyone got any ideas?

It sounds as if the DM has overruled the assessor and made a longer award. If it is now an On-Going award then I would not expect it to be reviewed before 2027.

Wanted to ask if it is worth taking all my hand splints night and daytime ones with me when I have my F2F on Tuesday just to show what I have to deal with on a daily/nightly basis I will also be going on my mobility scooter as I use this all the time anyway.
