hello ,I was just wondering ,is it normal for the atos nurse to ask if my husband works ( he was having his PIP assessment ),,he dose and he told her so ,,she wanted to know how many hours he worked and what he did and how he got there ,,,he was previously on indefinite DLA,will this make a difference to his claim do you think
kind regards Jackie

If you husband works then it is something that has to be considered as part of the assessment.

Depending on his problems in completing the PIP activities they will want to understand how he manages these and is still able to work.
