Hello

I am sending you a message i dont no what to do i have been in touch dwp and the HM-Courts
as when i keep on phoneing HM-Courts all thay keep saying to me thay need reply from DWP this has been on going since nov last year for to set my date for court casse so i have phone dwp last week or so now thay saying thay need reply letter from me to appel for the courts as thay been haveing problems with there scanner I am realy getting fed up with this i had letter from courts back in feb give me time scale up 28 days but still nothing seems to happen should i reply again close this one down yours John hosken

If it has been more than one month since you request the appeal then the Tribunal Service should have issued a warning to the DWP that their submission is late. If they have not done this then contact the TS and ask for the Judge to do this.

If a warning has been issued and the DWP have still not responded within the extended time, then contact the TS and ask the Judge to set a date for a hearing to be held without the DWP's evidence.

Be aware, if you do this and it is accepted then you will need to consider what additional evidence you need to provide and things like your PIP2 will not then be available to the panel unless you supply them.

Hello Gorden

I have just phone HM-Courts service and there is good news thay got some things from dwp
so just matter of the judge sending out the date of my hearing hopefully very soon i cant wait to when this happens i will let you no my out come of pip appeal hope fully in the month or two
