Tribunal adjourned due to lack of medical evidence

So about a month ago I attended my tribunal for PIP to have it adjourned due to lack of medical evidence, mainly because my GP surgery doesn't tend to offer evidence nor refer to other professionals as most other surgeries do. Anyway, I gave consent for them to access my medical history as to be honest, it is the only way they are going to gauge and see for themselves what I'm trying to convey.

The thing I'm unsure about is the period of time they will go back, I mean will they require my full medical history as in 46 years of notes? Not that I have any issues at all with that, in fact, I wouldn't mind seeing that for myself, or will it be over a 5/10yr period?

I was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome in 2013 after years of just being told I was anxious and awkward but prior to that I have a long history of depression, anxiety and PTSD after the loss of our son in 2007 in which I was close to death myself. More recently I have a diagnosis of Meniere's Disease which along with the mental health issues and asd is what I applied under as all have an impact in my everyday living, but, in addition to that I have been suffering with exhaustion on a daily basis and been enduring numerous blood tests to eliminate some of the more serious conditions and try to see whether it's down to ME/CFC or Fibromyalgia. In the midst of that I've also had a lung function test and discovered I have vitamin D and Folate deficiency which bring with it more issues. I'm on more tablets and have been told that once deficient it's very hard to maintain normal levels without them and this is likely to be long term/life long. So when they get all my notes, will this added medical information be also counted or will they just filter through for the conditions I used with my application?

Many thanks in advance

They usually ask for the last five years.

The panel are not limited to only looking at the conditions that you referenced in your form, but that does not mean that they will definitely look at everything that is included, the time in the hearing is limited and they will be focussed on seeing whether you meet the criteria to score points.

Thank you Gordon. Obviously my PTSD was diagnosed about 9 years ago during sessions of CBT but the depression and anxiety etc. have been consistent since with very little focus on the PTSD since moving surgery so it slightly concerns me that this would take further looking in to.

The main goal is to provide evidence of everything that impacts my daily living. Menieres is the most physically debilitating as the drop attacks are unpredictable so I'm trying to fight that in the mobility criteria.

The joys we are dealt I guess.
