Hi Guys
Sorry yet another query I have read in your guides once the DWP receive The appeal from the Tribunal Service from the TB they have 28 days to reply but look at the case again I guess the chances of them changing there mind seeing has they have looked at it on 2 occasions already is slim .Just hoping!
Also how long does it take for you to get a date from the TS once you have sent the SS1SC in

Hi
Could I just clarify.
I had my f2f and immediately rang DWP for the Assesment report luckily for us this came before the DWP decision so it enabled us to look through it and we then used your submmissions to ensure we applied the correct format for the descriptors we felt applied along with anomalies we felt we had to address this was sent at the same time as we sent the mandatory recon letter, but has you rightly stated they did not change their decision but cheery picked information to respond.
We have revised the submissions can we send these to the Tribunal and then send further information if needed when we receive a copy of the DWP submissions as we cannot see where they can make any more comments or only follow the same comments has the previous 2 decision makers have followed playing on the Muscoskeletal exam rather than the daily effects that physical exertion my heart condition has on the things I cannot due repeatedly, Safely and in a timely manner.

Call the Tribunal venue they should be able to give you a better idea of waiting times.

You should have received a copy of the DWP submission by now, they are required to complete and send it to the claimant within one month of their receiving notice of the appeal request!

You can send further information up to seven days before the date of the hearing.

It is unusual for the DWP to revise their Decision prior to the hearing but if they do then it will most likely be in the week before the hearing.
