Thank you once again for your help , my assessment is less than a week away iv been told that during the assessment I will be asked to supply examples of occasions I got in to bother or destress due to my mental problems , one example is when I stepped out on to the road and a car came past with me hitting the wing mirror resulting in the mirror breaking off , iv other examples of other different examples like burning furniture with an iron left on, my question is can I write these down and bring them to my assessment as I tend to forgot things when under pressure or will this look bad ?

Yes this will be fine, just explain why you are having to refer to your notes if you have to.

Well I just had my 1st ever assessment and what a diasaster , I took my fell days men's which I usually spread over the day all by 2:30 and then drank almost half a bottle of whiskey to help me through the day , I got 20 mins into the assessment and I tripped and passed out on the floor , I was wakened and made my way into the toilet and threw up continuously, the assessor and help were there , they cancelled the assessment and called an ambulance for me. I sat outside in it for 30 mins until they got me feeling a bit better , it was a mixture of the drink and mess that caused it , iv no idea what will happen now , can anyone advise?

You will have to wait and see, it could have been a positive thing, although not one that I recommend, they may also decide that a new assessment needs to be done.

Perhaps you can phone them next week to see what is happening.
