Would i benefit from making a sars request to the dwp to help me take a look at my past successful claims and see what the jobcentre/dwp hold on me to help me have a stronger case at mr or tribual to have my esa reinstated.
i have gone from 2007 to now from support group to wrag and now i have to apply to jsa. i have never appealed against the dwp decisions in the past but know they are pushing me over the cliffs and i have to fight back with what ever means i can.

It can't hurt to have an understanding of how you previously qualified, but you will still need to show that you currently meet requirements for an award, this is particularly the case if your qualified under the Substantial Risk rules, as you cannot use historical evidence in this case.
