How recent does medical evidence have to be?
My condition has not changed, just a bit worse if anything. I am in the support group ESA CB and I have loads of stuff from 3 yrs ago so my CPN says she will tweak it a bit and use that and I can also use some PIP stuff as well.
Will this be ok?
Thanks

The DWP would like the information to be less than two years old, but the reality is that many claimants will struggle to provide this, as long as you can explain how your conditions have changed since a report was actually written then it should be accepted.

Just another quick query. My CPN is leaving in a couple of months - I'm devastated because I have been with her for many years. Anyway due to my mental health problems I will be unable to see anyone else although I will still have co tact with my psychiatrist.
I may not be on the CPA anymore. My difficulties are the same.
How will this affect ESA and DWP?
Thanks

It shouldn't have any effect, you are not stopping the treatment because you no longer need it, in fact from your post the opposite is true.
