PIP mobility

Hi I have suffered depression and anxiety for over 20 years. Severe anxiety and panic attacks prevent me from leaving the house alone. With my husbands coaxing I am able to go out occasionally providing he is with me at all times.

Last year I was awarded 4 points for - needs prompting to undertake any journey. - This is not the case as prompting would not enable me to take any journey alone. I know there are several conflicting judges decisions on the affect that attempting to take a journey may have on a person with mental health difficulties, and weather or not another person is classes as an aid to mobility.

I re applied for PIP in January this year when the latest ruling suggested descriptor f would apply to me, however since applying the information I have received appears to suggest that this month the DWP have changed the rules again which will stop people with mental health difficulties from receiving more than 4 points for mobility.

I really don't want to go through it all again, especially if the law as it stands means I have no or little chance of receiving the points needed.
Any advice please ?
