The first thing to do is to confirm that these changes will result in your scoring sufficient extra points for an increased award, be very hard on yourself when doing this as those assessing you most certainly will be.

If you do not think that you will score the additional points for an increased award, then frankly there is no point in your notifying the DWP.

If you do, then you can write to them about the changes in you conditions and ask to be reassessed.

Be aware that this will be a full review of your claim, new form and almost certainly a face to face assessment, they can reach any Decision that they believe is appropriate, this could be an award that is less than you currently have, although this would be unusual.

Use the latest PIP Claim guide as there have been changes to some of the PIP Descriptors since you were last assessed.

If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
