Goog morning, I would like to know can I take with me my weekly activity for the days of the week or do I have to know it. Can I use your model and put my experience on the form. I am have read some of the questions they may ask you for a face to face. I have a walking stick folded one. Should I take it with me . Only use it when I feel wobbly. I am a bag of nerves. Tuesday is my f2f can some tell if they have similar experience. Thanks lee

Yes you can take notes with you, if you do refer to them explain to the assessor why you are doing this.
If you would normally have the stick with you then I would take it to the assessment.
