Can you help I have had a letter telling me I just have the standard rate for daily living but 0 for mobility. The letter was dated 23rd feb, on the 10th March I phoned the DWP and said I would like to request a mandatory reconsideration and requested a copy of the assessment report from the HP. I also sent a letter on the 14th March so it was in writing and sent it signed for next day delivery I have received the assessment report but nothing about the mandatory reconsideration yet. I know it has only been 3 weeks since I phoned them. Last Monday 27th March I received a letter about my pip yearly update, from 10th of April 17 standard daily living but no mobility or reconsideration. Dose this mean they have forgotten or have simply decided not to bother with a mandatory recommendation, or can it take a lot longer for the DWP to decide about it. Should I ring up the DWP to remind them or just wait. My husband helped me write this. Thank you

MRs usually take 5-8 weeks, you won't do any harm to the MR by chasing the DWP for an update.
