Hi Gordon
Gp has wrote a supporting letter for pip. But in the letter he has wrote my sister needs prompting with washing and dressing. But she needs a lot more help. Should I have it amended to assistance and supervision?

I would discuss her issues with the GP to see whether they would be willing to revise the letter.
