ESA support group was created by hilly
hi all,

Last August I was lucky enough to be awarded support group again without a f2f , we have written 2 letters and telephoned several times requesting the ESA 85A report and the LT54 report on the recent assessment decision so we can see how they came to the decision. We like to keep this evidence for future claims and also so we can see how long i have been awarded it for.

Are we asking for the wrong reports? part of me is dreading keep pushing for these reports incase it triggers a new assessment or even worse it triggers the DLA to PIP assessment but i dont even know how long i have been awarded the support group for.

Every time my husband rings up they tell us they can see we have written / rung and it will be dealt with shortly but we still havent heard anything.

any ideas please or is there a specific address we need to be writing to for this information.

thanks

You are asking for the correct reports :)

I suggest you make a Subject Access Request for the information, this is a formal request, not that the ones yo have already made aren't and needs to be responded to within 40 calendar days.
