PIP Appeal was created by blueshouter
this mobility rule confuses me ,even if the car park was 50 yards away,but you had to stop say 4 times to get there,then this surely means you cannot walk 20 yards repeatedly and thus gain 12 points
is this correct ?

OK! You have confused me by posting in someone else's topic.

In principle yes, but it will depend on the detail, for example someone who pauses four time during the walk may not qualify, but someone who stops for some time may, it also depends on why they have stopped.

Have a look at the use of "reliably" in the PIP Claim guide.
