Hi could someone help me my brother gets dla & he as a adapted mobility vehicle he as had a letter from atos to say they are considering his claim for pip he might need accessment the problem is his lease runs out on 28 April for his vehicle he as MND so his mobility is really bad so he needs his car hopeing someone can advise

I'm afraid I would not expect Motability to renew his lease until a Decision on his PIP claim is made, however they may extend the current lease. He needs to contact them to see what his options are.
