What does this mean (the latest newsletter)?

I read this on the latest newsletter:

“After my fourth WCA in seven years, I was put in the ESA support group in April 2016. 2 weeks ago I had to fill in and return another ESA50, less than a year after the last one! Surely there's something going on - Are they trying to get me out of the support group around the time the WRAG gets removed?”

I'm struggling to understand what the above means? The bit that states... 'are they trying to get me out of the support group around the time WRAG gets removed? I'm probably being dim but what does the writer mean? I'm currently in the SG . I didn't reply to the survey (sorry) but I think I should've got an ESA50 in Nov/ Dec 16 to be filled in by new year and potentially a F2F shortly thereafter. I am feeling too anxious and poorly to bring myself to call them and inquire (I also worry that a call to them might somehow 'remind' them to reassess me sooner! Probably paranoid of me but, still...)
Is the writer of the quote about implying that those of us in the SG are being targeted for reassessment, either sooner or later than the norm, in order to make it more convenient to the DWP to manipulate us into a desired group/ fit their future plans somehow? I didn't know WRAG was getting removed, though I had heard of the plans to force those in the SG to take part in work-related activity...

Anyhow, would appreciate it if anyone can explain what the person I quoted means...
