What can I do next about a tribunal decision?

I have just had my PIP appeal turned down - the reason being that they say I should use aids and adaptions and so I only received 6 points in total. They also told me at the appeal that I should see an occupational therapist. I have today spoken to an OT, explained my problem and she tells me there are no aids or adaptions available for my problem. They will come out and assess me but it's a 20 week waiting list and then they will give me a letter stating that there are no aids that they can give me. Can I appeal the appeal? What do I do next and how do I go about it? I would be grateful for any help you can offer me.

You can appeal to the Upper Tier Tribunal but not because you disagree with the Decision, only because you can show that there was Error of Law in the making of the Decision.

What is an Error of Law?

The first stage to doing this is for you to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge that heard your appeal.

Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons

You can also make a new claim for PIP, there is no waiting period.
