ESA FtoF is this a record

well, I received a letter today saying my ESA FtoF has been rescheduled again for May 2017 ! This is the fourth one I have had, the three others have been cancelled at the last minute with little notice usually 3/4 days. I filled in my original claim form in February 2016 and did not hear anything until October 2016. So that has been 15 months and still no decision and I have been in limbo since then wondering whats going on.

In all seriousness is there nothing that can be done about this, it is unfair to leave someone in this situation for that length of time and tell them nothing, other than the usual line of "we don't know"

I am sorry you are being messed around like this I'm afraid all I can suggest is that you get your MP involved, they can often get things moving.

it certainly is, some excuse about not being able to get or retain staff, no surprises there then
