Hi, I won my tribunal in my absence (it would have been too stressful for me to attend). I had a missed call from the DWP so I called them back, and the man I spoke to said they are sending me a form now? Why? Please help me, my anxiety is through the roof. Thank you.
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
It is not unusual for the DWP to send out a form following a Tribunal, especially if there was no award made from the original Decision, it is simply to ensure that they have the correct information to restart your claim and that you have not done anything during the interim period that would prevent payment, for example; If you had been in hospital for more than 28 days then this would prevent payment of any PIP award for that period.
