PIP manager phoned saying problem with claim

Hello, I got a telephone call today from a manager saying there's a huge issue with my PIP claim on when it should end and he's going to have to ask a Business Manager.

Is this common?

So confused. :(

No it's not common at all, in fact this is the first time I heard of anything like this. I'm afraid I can't offer any advice without more information about the problem they are having, so all you can do is wait for them to get back to you.

Thank you. Basically he said the DWP have made a mistake with the end date. One system is showing one end date and another system showing another end date.
