Home Assessment by CAPITA was created by Inspector
I retired on ill health in 2013 aged 61 years, and applied for PIP in July 2013.

I had suffered a Significant Traumatic Brain Injury and suffered several strokes after this.

I was assessed at home in 2013, and received another home assessment in 2016, both from CAPITA and was successful on both occasions..

My health has deteriorated further since then and I am wondering if it is likely that I will be allowed a home visit again next time.

I was able to provide a substantial amount of documentary medical evidence at the initial application and did not need to send a letter from my GP.

Although my diagnoses' and other conditions are permanent, I am wondering if I will need to provide new 'fresh' documentary diagnoses?

Regards

It's likely that you would receive another home assessment but not guaranteed. Providing up to date medical evidence may help as may a letter from your GP explaining why you cannot attend at the Assessment Provider's offices.
