Why has my PIP assessment report gone in for an audit. It is Six weeks since my assessment and still no news.

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Have you been told it is in audit?

All you can do is chase the Assessment Provider for an update.

A small percentage of reports are marked for audit, it's not reflective of the quality of the report, they are chosen at random.
