TOPIC: ESA Appeal Hearing Timescales?

Re:ESA Appeal Hearing Timescales? 6 years 10 months ago #13156

There is a question on the form that asks if you would be prepared to attend a hearing at short notice should a cancellation arise. It has a tick box beside it.

I ticked this option and was given a hearing date for my ESA appeal following 2 months on returning the form to the Tribunals Service.
