TOPIC: I won my appeal

I won my appeal 7 years 1 week ago #13182

  • Ferals
I would just like to thank the guys here for the advice I was given to appeal against my loss of incapacity benefit when I only scored 12 points at my PCA back in June.

The great news is that I was awarded the 3 points that I needed and my benefit is now being backdated to June. The tribunal was a pretty harrowing experience but they understood my condition and seemed sympathetic towards me.

On top of that I start work on Monday under the permitted rules for 12 hours a week so I have gone from being down and miserable to being a very happy chap.

Thanks once again for all the help and a big thanks to Jim.
