The dwp sent for info at a different docs that ive never visited,and this was reason i think for my incap failure,doc says take it up with them i only found this out after getting my medical records.any advice similar stories

Do you mean they were sent to a different doctor in the same practice, or to a doctor not in your practice ?

The dwp form for doctor to fill in was sent to a doctors miles away that i have never visited,my doc said that was odd and to take it up with dwp,i got it photo copied and will send it of,it has name of doctors surgery miles away on it
