TOPIC: Legal?

Legal? 6 years 11 months ago #13777

I'm just wondering, - considering my previous experiences of Atos employed doctors, and their reporting the complete opposite of what one answers, if it would be legal to record the upcoming appointment I have in January? (Just for reference, and my bad memory for details of conversations, of course.)

My last experience was being allocated only 12 points, which then took me 18 months of Tribunals, and extreme grief, to eventually win back my lost income, and return to status quo.

I would not wish to do anything illegal. :S

Hi Angelique,

It is NOT illegal to secretly tape your medical provided the recording is for your own use in order to help you remember what took place.

However, see this link on the site Claimant’s benefit stopped for recording medical

Hi I noticed you changed your name once you made a reference to the mob and now use a surname famous for some great Tv. Great show!
Secretly Record the Atos Doc and use it if you have to.

Thanks cousin! :)

It occurred to me that government prohibition officers might read these forums too! So, it's my 'deep cover' name. :)
