TOPIC: Customer Compliance - Jobcentre

Hi Denise,

This will probably be my last time online for a few days, as my wife's brother-in-law died on New Years Day, and we are hoping to make his funeral and stay with her sister for a few days.

As i said previously, you shouldn't worry about a Customer Compliance Interview, they are routine.

The Personal Capability Assessment( PCA) is used for those currently on Incapacity Benefit (IB) and the Work Capability Assessment (WCA) is for those currently on Employment and Support Allowance (ESA).

At some time in the future, but no date known yet, those on IB will be migrated onto ESA and at that time when this happens they will be subject to WCA.

However, with a General Election due in Spring, it's thought that migrating IB recipients onto ESA will be delayed for a while.

Can't really give more info, perhaps one of the other moderators can.

Best wishes.
