hi, i collect my Dr's report, supporting my claim on change of circumstances (deterioration), tomorrow and have to post the claim back to Dla to reach them by 13th. Before i send it, i really need to clarify whether i need to send section 2 Mobility with it, marked NO CHANGE, or leave it out altogether. I dont want any change as i am on high rate Mobility. Its only the Care component i am claiming for to be increased. My Welfare advice people phoned today and said dont send Section 2, but i seem to remember you advising someone to send it marked NO CHANGE. Please can you advise me asap so i can send this claim off?

Hi Tanis,

I don't think there's anything in our guides that says to write 'No change' on any part of the form. But if you have a welfare rights adviser then you really need to follow their advice on this.

Good luck,

Steve
