IB50 was created by kenny45 ord

Hi.Received IB50 Wed 17th March and the date to send it back by is MAY 17TH .This is the longest return date I have ever been given.Anyone had similar experience?

Not sure. I was recently refused benefit on the strength of an IB50 dated November 2008. The excuse from the DWP was that there is a "backlog". I'm appealing on the grounds that out of date info was used. That, & the ATOS dr clearly ignored most of what I said.
