DLA INDEFINITELY YIPPEE !!!!!!! was created by Mingo
Hi

Just wanted to say thanks to this site and all the advice. I received my DLA letter today and was awarded higher rate mobility and lower rate care indefinitely. It took about 7 weeks to come through and I can now breath a sigh of relief that I can renew my motability car in December.

Well that is until the new government takes it all away !!!!!

once again

Many thanks

Fiona

I am new to this forum, but well done you. I hope the new goverment do not take your DLA away. I am also trying to get DLA. You can see my first post called New claims for disability living allowance from spain.

My original name that the post was under was lisa gowan but I have had it changed to goldensyrup.

I applied for DLA over 2 years and 3 months ago, but as Exportability said "my claim is complex", I am still waiting for an appeal date.

Did you attend the appeal yourself? Mine has to be, unfortunately as paper appeal, but it will probably be rejected. I know how mush stress this causes and it does my medical condition no help.

Anyway, well done.

I am new to this forum, and I just wanted to say well done. My claim for DLA was applied for in 1998, so it´s been 2 years and 3 months.

If you want you can see my first post called new claims for disability living allowance from spain.

Once again well done.
