Do you remember ????

Like most disabled people I get memory blank periods and couldn't tell you what I had for breakfast .

When I got zapped in 1995 my wife was sensible and took all the completed claim forms to work and photocopied them .

That has been one fantastic event for we have also done the same on all forms that may have a financial bearing on our lives.

It has been a great help when expanding /submitting evidence to support your claim to be able to check back and see what things were like and to also be able to readily see further deteriorations .
We now have a scanner for our PC and Alison scannes every official document in and out to kep records

She files them as follows so that the computer keeps every thing in date order

The computer justs counts on as the days go by and files each file alphabetically by at that date
