Appeal Success was created by southpole
I helped my brother with his incapacity appeal.

He has learning differculties and suffers from epilepsy and panic attacks.

In november after a medical he was found fit for work which created stress and a lot of epiletic fits.

At the appeal they said its very obvious he is unfit for work and that it should never of gone to appeal and the reason fot it was hes IB50 wasnt filled in correctly, i wasnt living near him when he had the form and he got the job centre to fill in the form and it was them that incorrectly filled the form.

Pure madness and a wate of time, effort and money

What is disconcerting is that he was found fit for work after a medical whatever was in his IB50.

It sounds as if it was so obvious that he was not fit for work that it should have been picked with no trouble at the medical. Of course, I almost forgot, an ATOS medical! At least they continue to coin the money. A modest £500 million for their current contract.
