Just a thought, but what benefit were you on before ~ESA?

I think there must be more to this. You wouldn't have a medical before you filled out an ESA50, because that's what triggers it isn't it?

It's anyone's guess why they are not paying, but the one thing we can be certain of is that they do not have the courtesy to write to claimants and fully explain why their benefit is being stopped.

Hi Derek, no you're right, I've had money stopped without explanation in the past. They're all quick to let you know if they think you owe them some money though!

I was on income support for incapacity,,they ammazingly failed my medical an i went through months of junk failed appeal as i never knew what the hell was going on and then i applied for ESA after that and then this junk...im sure its to just push me around...
