ESA Tribunal- can anyone help was created by bubs
Hi all
can anyone help me please.

Am going to tribunal over esa, am in wrag but feel i should be in support group. have recieved my bundle about 4/5 wks ago, had pages missing which has been sorted out now with DWP and tribunal. case won't be before feb 2011.Have been to CAB office and they are trying to sort out representation for me. I have sent medical letters and statments (copies) to DWP on advise from CAB, have also given CAB copies. Adviser from CAB has said not to send medical letters and statments to Tribunal yet. DO you think this is right. I am still waiting to hear from CAB if they have found anyone to represent me and help with my submission.

many thanks bubs

Hi bubs, like you, I am also confused as to when to send my added information.

It does say to send it within a month of receiving your appeals bundle but

I had a phone call out of the blue from CAB yesterday and they said to wait until I had a date for my tribunal?

Hopefuly a Mod will be able to clear this up for us although

personaly, I think either way could be ok!!

Best wishes,
Rachel

ps The only reason I haven't sent mine in yet is that my depression/anxiety makes me bury my head in the sand etc etc

Hi Rachel, yes you'r right, it is all so confusing.
my CAB adviser said to let him know when I get a date.
Also i asked to have my tribunal local and the clerk from Sutton has wrote and said it has been transferred to my local venue, but when i rung them to ask if i should send letters on, they said that it does not go to them until a date has been fixed and i should send any evidence on to sutton. So confused I am! like you i just want to bury my head in sand as
well.

Best wishes

Hi Bubs

Are you just receiving advice from CAB and handling the appeal yourself, or have you given permission on the GL/24 form for your CAB advisor to represent you and submit documents on your behalf?

Hi Derek,

I wrote a letter as i didnot know about GL24 form. On all leters I have wrote that i am trying to get representation but have not infomed them who that will be yet. Yes have seen a CAB adviser twice and he is trying to get me representation from another body and has sent all my case work to them and i should let him know when i get a date for my appeal. But i am worried as clerk at my local venue said to send my evidence to sutton and they will set a date for my appeal when they recieve them. My adviser at CAB has said just to send them to DWP, that is all i know. I just feel so confused about it all.

best wishes
