Hi Dave,
thanks for the thought mate, providing links for the back care information.
Unfortunately mine is a specific condition which has and possibly will require further surgery in the future.
I have followed the advice of GP'S Physiotherapists,read related articles watched posture,changed jobs over the years alas to no avail still could not avoid the intervention of the dreaded scalpel.

then using the university papers search engine at your local libary do a search for your back problem search by operation name

someone must know the enigines name
