DLA appeal won on paper assessment was created by Mikeyj

I had my DLA appeal hearing on the 8th December, I was snowed in and couldn't attend. Instead I faxed through a statement to support my evidence papers.

From no award, I now have lower rate Mobility and middle rate Care indefinitely back dated to 01/12/09 for my MS & Fatigue symptoms. Couldn't have done it without B&W.
