When the transfer was originally proposed there was much discussion, with no conclusion regarding how the 95ers would be transferred.

The transitional legislation has now been passed and there are no conditions covering the 95ers, which leaves us with the conclusion that they will be treated in the same way as any other IB claimants.

I doubt very much that the DWP are holding anything up there sleeves with regard to this group, but until the transfer begins, the DWPs procedures remain unknown.
