Incapacity Benefit Suspended

This isn't really a situation we can offer much help with, I'm afraid.

You are potentially facing a large overpayment decision as well as having no cash now. All you can really do at this stage is try to bring some pressure to bear on the decision maker to actually make a decision.

Your MP has an office with staff who can, and do, get involved with situations like this.

I would also go back to the CAB and try to persuade them nicely to start making phone calls on your behalf. You could also contact the customer services manager at the office dealing with your claim and tell him you want to make a formal complaint about the length of time it's taking to make a decision about whether there has been an overpayment.

Spoke to IB office this morning and they called me back to tell me the Good news that the Decision Makers have closed the Case and all my Money is being Backdated.
What a Result
If only they had checked up in the First Place to make sure all there Facts were right before suspending My Claim.
You have no Idea how much all this stress has affected My Psoriatic Arthritis.
