I will go to ESA medical assessment tomorrow, can you give any urgent advice to what documents I need to prepare and what questions I could have.

My problem is work related stress for more than half year, depression ,sad feeling constantly, back sore, sleeping problem etc.

My husband can't drive, I will let him company me but we can't use public transportation , then we only can by taxi, is taxi a good transportation tool?

tomorrow my son is sick at home, so actually we have to bring my son together as well if I require my husband company me,my son is autism, he needs to look after as well, if in the waiting time or reception, I require my husband look after me, for example, then maybe my son could go everywhere in the building, nobody will look after him...

Please advice me what kind of mental health --depression related question they could ask and mistakes that I could have and how to avoid.
Since my stress caused by work , my case is in tribunal now, does the assessment of my health could influence the employment tribunal decision, since my employer need to make compensation for my health issue, so I feel It is important for me, it not only whether I could get ESA but also it is evidence that my employer injury me so much. They cause me depression!!

Thanks for help!!

Good luck Sanhong! Please do not use the word 'sad' if you feel depressed, the atos may not take your condition seriously. If you have felt suicidal, say so. I drove myself for medical but did not drive up to the Atos centre door. Left the car in a place I am familiar with then took a taxi. The chances are that you will be observed as you arrive and leave. Tell them if you have difficulties getting in and out of car. I wish you well.
