medical evidence for an esa50 form was created by julka
Hi there

Is anyone able to say whether medical evidence, needed to accompany the return of an esa50 questionaire, has greater medical authority in this DWP process if the evidence comes from:-

(a) A GP doctor, who also has a special interest in mental health. He has been my doctor some years and knows my health case well OR

(b) A trained counsellor dealing with mental health at this GP's surgery. She has known me for about 2 months.

Thanks, Julka

Both carry weight, for different reasons, there is reason why you cannot submit both, providing of course, they don't contradict each other.
