Well I will have Guardian news person with me when my medical comes up, Ive given all my details..

So how do I explain whose with me, When It will be ME, wife, Speech to Text Reporter and Guardian News paper ???

Why not explain that because you are so very severely disabled, you need a lot of support to cope? You could just introduce the newspaper reporter by name without saying any more unless asked. The HCP may just assume they are your PA/carer.
