tribunal advice was created by Philip
I had my higher rate mobility renewed at beginning of this year which i use for a motobility car. On appeal for low rate care lost everything! I still have my car
whilst waiting for tribunal in May. The debt office keeps demanding refunds even though i have explained as requested,in writing.Advice here appreciated. My main concern is i have been badly let down by my fairly negative GP. I feel i want to complain to him and update him!! Is it too late to make him redo a report for myself?
He diagnosed me with CFS many years ago and recently decided my years of pain is Fibromyalgia!I pushed for referal to the pain clinic which has helped with new med's but couldn't keep up with 'GET'. Have had a psychology assessment and on waiting list for further therapy with them.I am self-employed but i don't think i can continue without this help.I also have a long history of heart failure and a stroke about 3 years ago. Any feedback will be much appreciated.

what has the gp done thats been negative ? you say the meds help ? if you have told him this like you have posted here, they will pick on that and use it as an excuse to cut

with regards "stroke" was it stroke or tia ? that would make a diferance also after 3 years they would expect things to be inproved from stroke have you said that to him ? or has he come to that conclusion in his report ? and if so you need to let him know if your not better

heart failure is something you get when something else is wrong with the heart say block arteries ? have you been taking medication since last DLA report or have had an angioplasty?

i think you need to get face to face advise and have a long chat with your gp

seems there is a communication problem here
