cheers Dave, sent extra info Dr's Letters plus medical report from IIDB examinination which has now been set at 80% disabled for life due to balance mobility and impaired loss of cereable function, amonst other problems. So hoping this proves hubbys needs same as previous. Existing DLA runs out in June.

Well sent off the short renewal form with two Consultants letters one dated 2008 and one Feb 2011 a Dr's letter dated 2008. Plus the 2010 Industrial Injuries report and this March 2011 medical report and the award 80% now life, by recorded delivery 29th March.

Received achknowledge letter on Monday.
Today hubby has received DLA HC & HM again but indefinately this time, dated 4th April, a week basically.

Noticed this time that the things he can't do in their opinion has doubled from previous awards. Plus they have noted his variability in walking ability, but that he is still entitled at the high rate.

Thanks to all you guys posting your experiances and the guides, this time was a little bit less stressful.
